Franchise Specialists works for a few select franchisors to identify quality franchisees. A marketing plan is defined, enquiries generated and qualified prospects taken through an application process. There is a focus on awarding the franchise to quality candidates who embrace the franchisors business model, values and vision. This often requires going through numerous candidates to find the “right” fit – candidates that fit with the culture of the franchisor. Final candidates are taken through the process of signing franchise documents. A monthly report is provided outlining activities taken to achieve the project deliverables.
